A time I had the best clothes actually happened in a provincial competition.I remember it was during the second year of my junior high school that I participated in a speech competition at school for the first time.I was lucky enough to be selected into the final round,which would be held later at the provincial level.
Well,there's a dress code required by the committee of that competition,and the thing was that I didn't even have a suit,which made me feel quite edgy.This article is from Laokaoya website.My brother-in-law,who was then an accountant in a company,have an additional one which was his wedding suit.He lent it to me when he knew that I was about to attend such a formal event.Well,the suit was in black,embellished with some white flowery lines on the collar,which was a bit of overwhelming to me though because I had never ever looked that formal.But,it totally saved my life and helped me gain tremendous recognition from both the audiences and the panel of judges.
The reason why I wore it was that there's a dress code as I mentioned before and that I had no other choice but had my brother's suit on.But,it's definitely the best clothes I wore.
