The experience I am going to tell you happened a month ago,when I invited my friends to have dinner. To make sure all of them could be present,I put it on the evening of Saturday at 7 o'clock so that even if they had to work,they would be free by then.Moreover,I sent the invitation one week in advance to leave them enough time to arrange their business.
I decided to have dinner at a restaurant,which enjoyed a good reputation for the taste and was not far away from where I lived.This article is from Laokaoya website.Actually I did have considered inviting them to my home,but then I abandoned this idea,because cooking was an exhausting task,not to mention the following-up cleaning.I invited them to dinner because I just moved into a new apartment and according to tradition,it was a good thing to celebrate with your friends.Normally people would get together to have some food and then pay a visit to the new place.The point of this was to inform your friends about the new address so that they could come and visit every now and then.
The dinner was excellent.The food was tasty and we talked about what happened to each other recently.It provided an opportunity to enhance our friendship and I really liked it.
