  The large company I am going to tell you is Haidilao Hotpot.As its name suggests,it is a chain of restaurants focusing on hotpot.The company was founded in Sichuan,a province famous for spicy food,and gradually expanded across China.Now,you can find its branches in almost every major city.

  Although its food is delicious,what makes it famous and truly attractive is its excellent service.The moment you sit down,the waiter will place a glass of water in front of you and offer a small piece of wipe for you to clean glasses if you are wearing a pair.This article is from Laokaoya website.During the whole meal,he or she is always ready to answer your request,and in the toilet, there are even waiters holding paper towels waiting for you to dry your hands.

  I first heard about this company when I was in high school.Back then,there was a big wave of discussion about its outstanding service on the internet.People fell over one another to tell their stories of how they were taken good care of in this restaurant,like the waiter bought some pills after hearing him cough.I do not know this was elaborate propaganda or a spontaneous movement,but it did make this company's name well-known.

  I am quite curious about the way this company runs its business.As you know,there is no tradition of tipping in China,so waiters in most restaurants are far from satisfactory.They rarely do other things apart from serving dishes.This makes Haidilao stand out.How it motivates its employees always haunts me.
