范文：
A time when a family member asked me for help was setting up a laptop for my grandfather.
I couldn't remember the exact date, but I think it was during the summer two years ago.I got my new laptop from my parents as a graduation gift.And the old one that I had been using for almost three years was set aside.So,my father decided to send it to my grandfather, who could use it for better communication and asked me to help grandpa to set up the laptop for his use.Well,usually setting up a laptop was no big deal.But,when it comes to customizing it for an older person,I should do a bit of research as opposed to just downloading the most common software.This article is from Laokaoya website.I knew that my grandpa had suffered from presbyopia,so I did a lot of personal settings like making the font size bigger than the normal one.Also,I deleted a lot of software that seemed to be useless for him,and added some assistive functions to make the operation easier.
Well,I definitely felt proud of this help as I hadn't done such a thing before.Plus,this process also made me learn a lot about the operation system of the laptop,which was pretty cool.
