1、Do you often stay up late?
Often, I have to stay up late but I try my best not to. Sleep is very important, and without proper sleep I find it hard to concentrate the next day or to be energetic. However, sometimes staying up late cannot be avoided. For example, when I have a deadline I must meet or study I am behind on I often stay up late.
2、What do you do when you stay up late?
Most of the time when I stay up late this is because I am studying. So, when I stay up late, I spend most of my time reading, or taking notes. Sometimes, I even do practice exams late at night. Ironically, reading makes me tired so I often struggle to stay up late studying.
3、How do you feel when you have stayed up late the night before?
I really struggle throughout the day when I have stayed up late the night before. I feel tired, lazy and have absolutely no energy during the day. This means that I normally drink a lot of tea or coffee to try and stay awake. Unfortunately, the caffeine in this then makes it difficult for me to fall asleep early again.
