  Well,I'm sure you've heard of all the new on-line shops like Amazon,Taobao and Jingdong,and the one I want to describe for you today is Jingdong.These days,it's an e-commerce site like any other that,as far as I know,principally sells electronic goods such as phones and laptops.

  For me,it was my last laptop,the HP Spectre,to be more precise.I needed a new one simply because my old one gave up the ghost(報廢).After several vain attempts to fix it,I bit the bullet(咬緊牙關)and bought a more up-to-date one.

  It arrived just after a few days,even though I had tailored the specifications to a higher level so that there would be a good start.When I opened the laptop up,it booted up as per normal,well I say normal,I should say like absolute lightning.It was so fast that I could hardly believe it.I was most definitely a happy bunny.

  I liked the website mainly because it was efficient and easy to purchase what I needed and the customer service was prompt and helpful and they certainly fulfilled their part of the sale.I don't think there was anything I disliked about the whole experience,so I'd definitely recommend them to anyone,especially because I know that some people aren't sure about buying something so expensive on-line.

  Well,today I would like talk about Taobao,which is definitely the most popular online shopping website in China.It was set up in 2003 and has grown to a shopping platform where millions of sellers and buyers can negotiate for products and services.

  I have bought quite a lot stuff from them and totally rely on it in my daily life now.I remember once when I bought a shirt on Taobao.It didn't go well at first but I was really satisfied with the service in the end.It was during the'double 11' shopping festival last year,I purchased a white shirt but it wasn't delivered to me in time,I understood there might be a lot of orders to deal with so I didn't do anything except wait.After about 2 weeks,when I finally received the package,I found there is a big dark spot on it,and was fuming,you know,just downright angry.I contacted the online customer service immediately and asked them why they kept me waiting so long and then sent me this kind of rubbish.To my surprise,she responded me in a very polite and professional way,apologizing again and again and refunded half of my payment.In addition to this,they even sent me a new shirt that I got in 2 days.

  I have to say I quite enjoy buying things on Taobao.There is no denying that online shopping websites have price advantages compared to most physical stores,and they allow the products to be delivered directly to your home,which is quite convenient,as a bit of an understatement.I understand many people don't believe the quality of goods and service in Taobao,but the truth is after 16-years development,that website already has great assessment system to supervise the dealers and protect buyers'interest.I'd highly recommend it to anyone.
